On Wednesday, September 28, the Biden-Harris Administration will host the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health to drive solutions to challenges such as ending hunger, improving nutrition and physical activity, and reducing diet-related diseases and disparities
During WAMDA's final program of the 2021-22 membership year, we were able to honor our 2022 scholarship recipient, Celine Delaronde!
After some delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic, WAMDA was able to acknowledge our 2021 award recipients virtually on March 30th. The Special Recognition Awards recognize two nutrition professionals for outstanding service to WAMDA, their dedication and expertise in the field of nutrition. Congratulations to Melanie Wilk and Lisa Lovell!

The 29th Annual WAMDA 5K Run/Walk was held virtually from March 1 to March 9 with a total of 105 participants, 30 sponsors, and a number of donors! Thank you everyone who contributed in some way!
